Project 1.3 "Wall: Defining Boundaries", by Vorapat Phornprapha

The ideal function of a wall is defining boundaries for a specific space. Depending on the architect, wall system can influence the inhabitant to follow a path or avoid one. For this wall, the usage of stacking timber pieces is still present, as the wall had to connect to the column.

For this part of the project, the exaggerated curves protruding out from the timber offers functional usage to the inhabitant, height of the surface varies from 48 cm to 225 cm following Le Corbusier's Modular Man, therefore indicating a specific programme for the inhabitant.
